Kaskiv says that this year the volume of attracted investments would be USD 7.5 billion.
KYIV, November 21, 2011 (UBO) – Ukraine is planning to raise investment for USD 10 billion in 2012, according to Vladyslav Kaskiv, head of the State Agency for Investments and National Projects Management, UkrInform reported.
He noted that in 2012 the agency can draw about 20-25 percent of the total investment coming into this country.
Kaskiv also said that this year the volume of attracted investments would be USD 7.5 billion. This figure is realistic, because, according to the official, as of October Ukraine attracted USD 5.3 billion.
The national project chairman added, to fundamentally change the situation in the field of investment, it is necessary to draw USD 15 billion for at least three years each.
