The official gold rate has risen by 28.92% since the beginning of this year.
KYIV, September 20, 2011 (UBO) – The National Bank of Ukraine (NBU) set the official exchange rates of banking metals per ten troy ounces as of September 20, 2011 at UAH 144,882.13 (+) for gold, UAH 3,226.16 (+) for silver, and UAH 144,563.18 (+) for platinum, UkrInform reported.
The official gold rate has risen by 28.92 percent since the beginning of this year. The maximum gold rate was set by the central bank on September 6, 2011 at UAH 151,183.29 per ten troy ounces (UAH 486.07 per gram).
